MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.||(Interleukin-15) is a 14kDa immunomodulatory glycoprotein expressed by multiple tissues and cell types, which primarily stimulates T lymphocytes, but is also critical for the development and activation of natural killer cells (NK). IL-15 shares functional properties with IL-2 and binds with high affinity to the IL-15 receptor (IL-15R), consisting of the IL-15R alpha chain, and also the IL-2Rbeta and common gamma chains used by the IL-2 receptor. Affects of IL-15 have been linked with cells and tissues unrelated to the immune system, and increased expression of IL-15 has been demonstrated in Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), ulcerative colitis (UC) Chron’s disease (CD) and lymphoid malignancies, and also conditions affiliated with HIV and HTLV-1 infection.||Applications:|Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Neutralization, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended.|Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.||Storage and Stability: |Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
