This protein is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc region of Human IgG1 and an Avi-tag™, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotin-labeled using AviTag™ technology.. MW = 84 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation. Storage / Stability: At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
