Description:Delta-like 4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DLL4 gene. It is mapped to 15q15.1. This gene is a homolog of the Drosophila delta gene. The delta gene family encodes Notch ligands that are characterized by a DSL domain, EGF repeats, and a transmembrane domain. And this gene plays an important role in promoting Th17 effector activity during mycobacterial challenge.Application Notes:Optimal dilution of the DLL4 antibody should be determined by the researcher.Immunogen:Amino acids T114-D203 from the human protein were used as the immunogen for the DLL4 antibody.Storage:After reconstitution, the DLL4 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
