Description Enzyme Immunoassay for the determination of Human AKA . Method Type Sandwich-Ag Sensitivity 0.94 ng/mL Assay Range 1.56~100 ng/mL Other Name Principle This ELISA kit uses Sandwich-ELISA as the method. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antigen specific to Human AKA. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antigen. Then a biotinylated detection antigen specific for Human AKA and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. After incubation, free components are washed away. Then the substrate solution is added to each well, only those wells that contain Human AKA , biotinylated detection antigen and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by adding Stop Solution and appears yellow in color. The optical density (OD) can be measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human AKA. The concentration of Human AKA in samples can be calculated by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve. Intended Use This ELISA kit can be applied to the in vitro quantitative determination of Human AKA concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Specificity This kit recognizes some recombinant and natural Human AKA. No significant cross-reactivity or interference was observed. Unused wells should be returned to the foil pouch with the desiccant pack and resealed until air-tight. The Substrate Reagent should not be kept at -20°C. Avoid exposing reagents to strong light during storage or the incubation process. Caps of reagents should be kept tightly sealed to prevent evaporation and microbial contamination.
