DescriptionThe GF-1 Bacterial DNA Extraction Kit provides a rapid and efficient method for purification of high molecular weight genomic DNA from either Gram-negative or Gram-positive bacteria. The purification is based on the usage of denaturing agents to provide lysis of cells, denaturation of proteins and subsequently release of genomic DNA.
