我用东富龙LYO-0.5型冻干机测10%蔗糖溶液共晶点,冷冻过程中电阻值变化是慢慢上升,升温的时候也是一样,最大值是100兆欧,没有突变点。网上查到的10%蔗糖共晶点是-26℃,但是控制面板显示在电阻值达到100的时候只有-13.5℃,问过东富龙相关人员,他们说溶液共晶点就是电阻达到100的那个值即-13.5℃。当溶液达到共晶点温度是,电阻率应该是非常大的,到底有多大?真的只有100兆欧吗?用冻干机测共晶点这个方法要怎么验证?不验证的话没有说服力
