Let"ssuppose,that1.5µlofRNAwasdilutedin2mlofwaterandtheopticaldensities:OD₂₆₀=0.253,OD₃₂₀=0.005(so,OD₂₆₀-OD₃₂₀=0.248).

Fillthesedatatotheformasitisshownbelowandpush"Calculate".Youwillobtain:"13.23µg/µl".Ifyouwanttheanswerin"ng/µl",justselectthisunitandyouwillhave:"13230ng/µl".

Now,changeopticaldensityto0.015andjustclicksomewhereoutsidethefield(or,again,push"Calculate"):programwillgive"800ng/µl".Inthesamewaytheprogramwillrecalculateanswerafterchangingotherparameters(volume,nicl.acidtype).
