【求助】反转录后如果没有把酶灭活会怎么样

问题描述：
好多酶的试剂说明书上都要求反应结束后灭活，如fermentas的MLV就是写着，反应结束后70度10分钟灭活，如果反转完了没有这个灭活，直接放冰箱中储存备用，会怎么样？影响后面PCR的扩增吗？

When the PCR is initiated, the cDNA will be heat denatured at 94 C for 3-4 minutes. It is unlikely that the reverse transcriptase will cause the failure of the PCR amplification.
