3)Whenyou"refinishedcounting,flushthesystem.PuttheelectrodeintothevialcontainingIsotergeandchecktoseethattheflasklabeled"RinseFlask"containsatleast100mlofsolution.Ifit"slow,fillitwithTrisorTDandsomeIsoterge.TurnvalveAtovertical,thenturnvalveB,whichisofftotheleft,tovertical.Flushingwilloccur.After10sec,turnvalveBbacktohorizontalandthenturnvalveAtohorizontal.StoretheelectrodeinthevialofIsoterge,and,ifit"stheendoftheday,turnthemachineoff.
