Gentarget/BFP (CMV-Bsd) lentiviral particles in PBS/LVP362-PBS/1 Ea

Pre-made BFP (Blue Fluorescent Protein) lentivirus expressing codon optimized BFP under suCMV promoter. A blasticidin (Bsd) gene under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells.

The particles was concentrated and buffer exchanged into PBS. (See product manual (.pdf).

Application:

monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;

create BFP expression stable cell line (via Blasticidin selection);

others;

Amount: 1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS.
