Pre-made Lentiviral particle for human OCT4gene (sequence verified), driven by tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker was expressed under RSV promoter. It can be usedfor constitutive high expression, or as tetracycline inducible expression only when a repressor regulator protein (tetR)is present.
