Standard Rabbit Complement foruse with Human PBLs
Standard Rabbit Complement is derived from a pool ofnormal rabbit serum. It is intended for use as a source of complement for anyof the standard lymphocytotoxicity procedures utilizing human peripheral bloodlymphocytes (PBLs), including HLA-ABC tissue typing. The Rabbit Complement isadded to human PBLs that have been pre-incubated with anti-HLA antisera. Thesensitized cells are incubated in the presence of Rabbit Complement for theappropriate length of time, and then scored for degree of killing.
