水稻SPL5基因在抗病应答中负调控5-羟色胺的生物合成

超敏反应(hypersensitive response,HR)是一种植物特有的防御机制,是指植物在受到病原菌侵染后,在侵染部位诱发细胞死亡,从而有效阻止病原菌增殖的防卫反应。水稻spl5(spotted leaf 5)突变体能自发产生类似HR的细胞坏死斑(lesion),并显著性增强对病原菌的抗性,表明SPL5基因在细胞死亡和抗病应答中起负调控的作用,但是SPL5介导的调控途径及其分子机制尚不清楚。本研究是由浙江师范大学化学与生命科学学院完成,本文的通讯作者是马伯军教授。本研究中Affymetrix Rice Genome Array的技术服务由上海伯豪提供。详细内容<<


伯豪客户在《Nature Communications》杂志上接连发表自身免疫性疾病发病机制重要成果

自身免疫性疾病与个体遗传学特征,个人免疫系统,外界环境等有密切关系,有关自身免疫疾病的发病机制,特别是非编码RNA在其中的调控角色还不是很清楚。来自上海交通大学医学院王宏林(Honglin Wang)教授实验室的研究人员近期在《自然通讯》(Nature Communications)杂志上发表了两篇有关miRNA在自身免疫性疾病中的调控作用研究成果,为更好的理解自身免疫性疾病的发病机制以及miRNA可能在自身免疫疾病中的治疗前景提供了有力证据。详细内容<<



上海伯豪助力癌症干细胞中的表观遗传学调控的研究

癌症干细胞能够通过自我更新和分化,启动并维持癌症的发生和发展。人们已经在越来越多的肿瘤中分离和鉴定到了癌症干细胞,比如结肠癌、肝癌、乳腺癌和胰腺癌。

Metadherin (MTDH)广泛参与了肿瘤生长、药物抗性、肿瘤复发和转移,但此前人们并不了解其分子机制。中科院的研究团队通过深入研究,揭示了MTDH对乳腺癌干细胞的的表观遗传学调控。这一成果于七月三日发表在十大肿瘤期刊之一Cancer Research杂志上,文章的通讯作者是中科院上海生命科学院/上海交通大学医学院健康科学研究所的胡国宏(Guohong Hu)研究员。该研究中的Affymetrix U133 plus 2.0 芯片服务由上海伯豪生物技术有限公司提供。详细内容<<


上海伯豪助力交大肝癌新成果研究

在正常生理和病理条件下,激素及其相应的受体,对于控制新陈代谢是至关重要的,但是,它们在肿瘤代谢中的作用,我们还知之甚少。六月十六日,国际肝脏病研究权威期刊《Hepatology》在线发表了上海交通大学医学院的一项最新研究成果,题为“Mineralocorticoid receptor suppresses cancer progression and Warburg effect by modulating miR-338-3p-PKLR axis in hepatocellular carcinoma”。这项研究采用siRNA筛选方法,检测了沉默20个著名激素受体对肝癌细胞Warburg效应(癌细胞中有氧糖酵解的水平非常高,这一现象被称为Warburg效应)的影响,发现沉默一些激素受体对于乳酸代谢产物的产生有影响。本研究中cDNA and miRNA芯片分析服务由上海伯豪生物技术有限公司提供。详细内容<<
