Product Type Protein |
Properties
Source/Host Rabbit Erythrocytes |
Crossreactivity Rabbit |
Formulation Liquid. In HEPES. |
Other Product Data Use: This Protein Fraction II can be used to demonstrate ubiquitin- and ATP-dependent substrate degradation or conjugation. Reaction conditions will need to be optimized for each specific application. We recommend an initial concentration of 0.5-4mg/mL. Additionally, we recommend the inclusion of an isopeptidase inhibitor and a proteasome inhibitor when investigating substrate conjugation. |
