Potent chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4) antagonist (EC50 = 0.3 nM). Inhibits CXCR4/stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1)-mediated modulation of cAMP in vitro (EC50 = 1.2 nM).
