2、比如订购试剂盒C，要两种颜色，那么试剂盒包含成分：1-16 oz. bottle of MV Diluent, 1-8 oz. bottle of MV Compound (Color #1), 1-8 oz. bottle of MV Compound (Color #2), Sufficient MV-Curing Agent.
3、 试剂盒重量是MV-Compound与MV-Diluent的总重，比如1 lb.试剂盒（B）包含8 oz. MV-Compound与8 oz. Diluent。

MICROFIL®（血管造影剂）使用方法：
为了达到适用于微循环注射级的粘度水平，有必要将MV compound和等量（重量）MV-Diluent混合。每4ml Compound与 5ml Diluent混合，然后加入5%（按重量或体积）的MV Curing agent。粘度范围为20-30厘泊，工作时间为20min，从开始 加curing agent算起。 MV-Series Mixing Procedure：To achieve a viscosity level suitable for injection of the microcirculation, it is necessary to blend the MV compound with an equal quantity (by weight) of MV-Diluent. Volume mixing requires 5ml of diluent for every 4ml of compound. The mixture of compound and diluent is catalyzed with 5% (by weight or volume) of MV Curing Agent. Viscosity ranges from 20 to 30 centipoise. Working time is 20 minutes and begins with the addition of curing agent.

Kit Weight Color Price CP-101 1 lb. Milky $140 Curing System Stannous octoate in combination with ethyl silicate. Mixing Directions Cure is accomplished by mixing CP-101 with 5% ethyl silicate and 5% stannous octoate (by weight). Upon addition of curing agents, working time is approximay 45 minutes. Clearing Procedure Either alcohol-methyl salicylate or glycerin may be employed.See more details. Corrosion Preparations Potassium hydroxide may be used in studies where the vessels have a diameter of greater than 100 microns. Corrosion Clearing Procedure Cast corrosion can be obtained as follows: After the casting material has been compley hardened, place the perfused organ in 20% potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide solution for several days. The cast should then be rinsed several times in water until all the tissue is removed. The casting time depends both on the concentration of the corrosive solution and on the tissue itself. Lung and heart tissue require 5-6 days in potassium hydroxide whereas bone and brain tissue may require 35% potassium hydroxide for up to 10 days. Advantages MICROFIL CP-101 will maintain dimensional integrity on storage. There is no diluent in the system.
