Trypsin is a protease enzyme, and the ab78527Trypsinprotein has been tested as active. If the fluoresent protein the customer wishes to use is known to contain one of thesubstrate sequencesof the trypsin enzyme, then it may work:

Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-Mec, Boc-Leu-Thr-Arg-Mec, Boc-Gln-Ala-Arg-Mec and Boc-Val-Pro-Arg-Mec.
However, I am sorry to confirm that this protein has has never been tested in this type of application. All tested applications that we can guaranteeare specified on our datasheets, and these are updated as soon as any new information is brought to our attention.
