Rhodamine B labeled Protein A is one of the Nanocs premier fluorescent Protein A conjugates. Protein A is a 42 kDa surface protein originally found in the cell wall of Stapylococcus aureus. Protein A has strong binding affinity towards immunoglobulins and it has been used for antibody identification, purification and many other biochemical research uses. Rhodamine protein A is a red fluorescent protein A conjugate that has excitation/emission wavelength at 544 nm/576 nm.All our protein A conjugates were purified by size exclusion chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
