生物学描述 Chromogenic substrate for dehydrogenases and other oxidases that, like other tetrazolium compounds, can be reduced to produce a colored formazan derivative. Acts as an NADPH-diaphorase substrate that competitively inhibits nitric oxide synthase. Store under desiccating conditions. The product can be stored for up to 12 months. Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. Generally, these will be useable for up to one month.
