Immunogen: Purified, NS0-derived, recombinant mouse Brother of CDO (rmBOC) extracellular domain.

BOC and CDO (cell adhesion molecule-related/down-regulated by oncogenes) are cell surface receptors belonging to the Ig/fibronectin type III (FNIII) repeat family. Both proteins have ive Ig repeats and three FNIII repeats in their extracellular domains, an arrangement shared by Robo proteins. BOC and CDO are co-expressed in muscle precursor cells during development. BOC associates with CDO in cis and forms complexes with cadherins to regulate myogenic differentiation.
