Immunogen: Reacts with residues 1747-1762 [ASSESTGFGEERESIL] of the human 220kDa Kidins220 protein.

A novel protein kinase D-interacting substrate of 220 kDa (Kidins220) or ARMS is the first identified Protein kinase D (PKD), a serine/threonine kinase. Kidins220 is an integral membrane protein that is expressed in brain and neuroendocrine cells. Kidins220 is phsphorylated by PKD at serine 919 in vivo. Kidins220 has also been shown to function downstream of the Trks and Eph receptors.
