Immunogen: Hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse inoculated with hCCR1 transfected NS0 mouse myeloma cell.

CCR1 is a 7 transmembrane domain chemokine receptor expressed on T cells, B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and eosinophils. It binds the chemokines CCL3, 4, 5, and 7.
Chemokine biology plays a central role in the homing and trafficking of leukocytes. CCR1 shows functional expression on primary isolates of CD34- mesenchymal progenitor cells as well as immortalized mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) lines.
