30101 reacts with both α and β isoforms. Epitope is within the NH2-terminus of Ig loop II sequence lys145 and glu159 between the acidic box and heparin-binding sequence of FGFr1.

Western blotting: at 1 ug/ml recognizes

10 ng recombinant bacterial, baculo-viral, or native FGFr1.

Immunoprecipitation: native, recombinant, and ligand-labeled FGFr1.

Immunohistochemistry: paraformalde-hyde fixed cells.

Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.

These antibodies are stable for at least one

(1) year at -20oC to -70oC. Store product in appropriate aliquots to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
