Description:EVI1 functions as a transcriptional regulator binding to DNA sequences in the promoter region of target genes and regulating positively or negatively their expression. Oncogene which plays a role in development, cell proliferation and differentiation. May also play a role in apoptosis through regulation of the JNK and TGF-beta signaling. Involved in hematopoiesis. [UniProt]Application Notes:Titration of the EVI1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.Immunogen:This EVI1 antibody was raised using purified recombinant GST fusion protein encoding the N-terminal part of human EVI1.Storage:Aliquot the EVI1 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder.
