  ChromoTek产品类型

  ChromoTek提供基于骆驼抗体的试剂。Nano-Traps对于快速免疫沉淀蛋白及其相互作用蛋白具有较高的特异性和效率。Boosters增强荧光显微镜中目标的信号强度。Chromobodies®允许分析实时活细胞内源性蛋白。此外，ChromoTek也提供各种特异性抗体。而新的荧光杂交(F2H®)分析可以在可视系统中监测可逆的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用。

ChromoTekChromobodies®是一种新的极其微小的细胞内功能抗体。它是基于融合有荧光蛋白(e.g.TagGFPorTagRFPfromEvrogen)的来自羊骆抗体重链的抗原结合域结构(VHH)。和普通抗体不同的是，这些创新的荧光纳米探针可以使活细胞的结构和进程实时分析和可视化。因此，Chromobodies®是做研究细胞内研究包含高含量分析(HCA)的一种新的理想试剂。
