Thekitcanbeusedasanalternativetoorganicextractionandethanolprecipitationtocleanupvariousenzymaticreactions. TheCleanAllKitpurifiesRNAfromphenol/guanidine-basedprotocolsorfromvariousupstreamenzymaticreactionssuchasDNasetreatment,labelingandinvitrotranscription.FurThermore,endotoxinscanberemovedfrompreviouslypurifiedRNAsolutions.ThekitcanbeusedtocleanupDNAfromdigestions,ligations,PCRreactions,labelingreactions,DNAmodificationreactionsandstaining. ThekitalsoprovidesaprotocolfortherapidremovalofendotoxinsfrompreviouslypurifiedDNAdownto0.1EU/µgDNAorless.PurifyallsizesofRNA,fromlargemRNAandribosomalRNAdowntomicroRNA(miRNA)andsmallinterferingRNA(siRNA).PurifyallsizesofDNA,fromsmallPCRproducts,nativeorlinearizedplasmids,togenomicDNA. 历史

设备

ATCC总部和生物生产设施位于弗吉尼亚州的马纳萨斯，靠近国家首都和美国国立卫生研究院。这栋126,000平方英尺的建筑物由现场安全人员持续监控，并由现场发电机提供电力支持。该设施的储存库部分占地18,000平方英尺，包含200个用于存储生物材料的冰柜，包括气相液氮冰柜，机械冰柜和冷藏室。仓库面积补充了35,000平方英尺的实验室空间。
