PhageDNAIsolationKitThiskitprovidesarapidspincolumnmethodforthe purificationoftotalDNAfromabroadspectrumof bacteriophagespropagatedinbacteriagrowninliquidcultures.TheDNAisisolatedwithouttheuseofphenol,chloroformorcesiumchloridebandingprocedures.Thespin-columnbasedprocedureisrapid andcanbecompletedinlessthan45minutes.Thekitishighlyefficientforprocessingsmallvolumesofphagesupernatant(500µL–1mL)and withtheoptionalDNaseandProteinaseKtreatmentsphageDNAyieldsaremaximizedwhilehostDNAcontaminationisminimized. 设备
