Species: Human Host Species: E. coli MW: 56.1 kDa Genbank #: NM_153809 Tag(s): N-terminal GST-tag a.a: 1398-1649 Description:Human TAF1 RNA polymerase II, TAT box binding protein (TBP)-associated factor, also known as TAF1L, GenBank Accession No. NM_153809, a.a. 1398 – 1649 corresponding to bromodomains 1 and 2 with N-terminal GST-tag, MW = 56.1 kDa, expressed in an E. coli expression system UniProt Q8IZX4 Synonym(s): TAF1 RNA polymerase II, TAT box binding protein (TBP)-associated factor, TAF1L Assay Conditions:

TAF1L (1398-1649) protein is incubated with biotinylated acetylhistone peptide substrate (Cat. #33000) in TAF1L assay buffer in a 10 µl reaction for 1 hour at RT. AlphaLISA® GSH acceptor beads (PerkinElmer) are added, and the mixture is incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature (RT). AlphaScreen® Streptavidin-conjugated donor beads (PerkinElmer) are then added. After 10 minute incubation at RT, measure Alphacounts.
