Alleleustrious pmTFP1-actin is a mammalian expression vector that encodes a fusion of mTFP1 N-terminal to human beta actin ACTB. It can be a great tool for visualizing cytoskeleton (microfilaments). The properties of Alleleustrious mTFP1 are superior to those of the commonly used Aequorea victoria variant ECFP and which can be easily detected using standard CFP filter sets.
