AZD6738 is a potent inhibitor of ATR kinase. It potentiates the cytotoxicity of cisplatin and gemcitabine in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell lines with intact ATM kinase signaling, and potently synergizes with cisplatin in ATM-deficient NSCLC cells.
