纳米金Gold nanoparticles介绍应用及详细产品分类纳米金Gold Nanoparticles的制备方法主要采用还原剂,如柠檬酸钠,硼氢化钠等还原氯金酸HAuCl4·4H2O。氯金酸HAuCl4·4H2O在还原剂的作用下,可以聚合成一定大小的金纳米颗粒,形成带负电的疏水胶溶液。由于静电作用而成为稳定的胶体状态,故称胶体金Colloidal gold。纳米金随粒径的变化而颜色发生变化:不同尺寸形貌的纳米金对可见光有选择性吸收,吸收了某个波长的光后,将没有吸收的光反射出去,我们看到的就是反射的光,其实不是他们的颜色,不过是他们将这种颜色的光反射给我们看到了,这种光在我们的视觉中是某种颜色而已。不同尺寸形状的颗粒,它们的阻尼现象不同,一般来说小颗粒的阻尼现象明显,从而小颗粒振动频率要小于大颗粒,它们也就吸收长波的光,反射短波的光。随着颗粒增加,它们吸收的光波波长变短,也就是所谓的红移现象了。535nm

)可以实现肿瘤被动靶向,使纳米金载体在肿瘤组织选择性分布,以增加药效并减少系统副作用。此外,金纳米粒子进行表面修饰后,可利用靶向分子实现肿瘤的主动靶向,将药物或射线特异带到肿瘤部位,达到肿瘤靶向治疗的目的。纳米金团簇表面的边缘位点和顶部位点4f轨道的结合能相对较低,这些位点形成的Au-S键的键能也相对较低,容易发生离解,这对Au-MMPCs的稳定性和配体交换有很大影响.Au-MPCs具有粒径小和生物相容性好的优点,用巯基或二硫化合物对Au-MPCs表面进行修饰,形成具有生物活性的Au-MMPCs,这些生物活性Au-MMPCs同待转运物和细胞膜相互作用,通过静电吸附和内吞作用可将转运物传送至细胞和细胞核内,靶向药物的传输和释放需要依靠Au-MPCs的作用.4 纳米金生物探针及其应用    纳米金颗粒的表面不仅表现为静电作用,还有疏水作用。为了让蛋白质与纳米金颗粒结合,必须减小静电作用,而是疏水作用起主导作用。通过表面改性,让纳米金带正电,从而与带负电的蛋白质相结合,制成用于电子显微镜的金探针。胶体金与抗人免疫球蛋白(anti human-IgC)结合制备的金探针可以定性检测艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体。在纳米金微粒上修饰DNA探针,由于共价结合力,在DNA探针的一段连接上巯基后可与纳米金结合,通过识别颜色的变化,就能检测出相应的靶DNA。5纳米金在生物标记分析中的应用进展   金纳米粒子除具有一般纳米粒子的表面效应,量子尺寸效应外,同时具有良好的生物相容性。由于生物大分子和功能化同处于纳米维度当在相应的生物体系中加入功能化的纳米金颗粒使其具有定向吸附效应以及富集效应等。两者通过化学或物理吸附可制得既稳定又具有一定计量关系的生物/纳米复合材料。该复合材料又可以用来构建具有特殊功能的超分子结构体系,此外也可以作为检测探针用于研究复杂的生物化学体系。6 纳米金在生物传感器中的应用
