Rab5a is a Early Endosome Marker and functions as a key regulator of vesicular trafficking during early endocytosis.Alternative names: RAB5A, RAB5B, RAB5C, RAS-associated protein RAB5A, ras-related protein Rab-5B, RAS-associated protein RAB5C, ras-related protein Rab-5A, ras-related protein Rab-5B, ras-related protein Rab-5C antibody. Form: Polyclonal antibody supplied as a 200 µl (3 mg/ml) aliquot in PBS, 20% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide. This antibody is epitope-affinity purified from goat antiserum. Immunogen: Purified recombinant peptides derived from within residues 115 aa to the C-terminus of mouse Rab5a, Rab5b and Rab5c produced in E. coli. Specificity: Detects total Rab5 protein in the following human, rat and mouse whole cell lysates and transfected cells with GFP-Rab5a, GFP-Rab5b and GFP-Rab5c cds by Western blot. Reactivity: Reacts against human, rat, mouse, canine and monkey proteins.
