Ceraplex Lipid Concentration (1000X) is a concentrated lipid emulsion designed to reduce or replace fetal bovine serum in cell culture media for a wide variety of applications, including growth and maintenance of CHO, hybridoma, and insect cells in culture; monoclonal antibody production by hybridomas; and viral expression in insect cells. The components of this medium supplement are chemically-defined.ContentsArachidonic Acid, Cholesterol, DL-alpha-Tocopherol Acetate, Linoleic Acid, Linolenic Acid, Myristic Acid, Oleic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Palmitoleic Acid, Pluronic F-68, Stearic Acid, Tween 80Contains 100.0 ml/L Ethyl Alcohol (200 Proof)The Ceraplex Lipid Concentrate(1000X)may develop some particulate matter or phase separation during storage. It is recommended that this solution is homogenized just prior to use by gently swirling or shaking the capped solution.
