DescriptionCeraplex Melanocyte Serum-Free Complex Media is a serum-free medium for optimized for the cultivation of human Melanocytes.The Medium is optimized for primary human cells but can be used for horse,porcine,murine, and rat Melanocytes. BPE,bFGF, Insulin, Hydrocortisone and Phorbal Myristate Acetate(PMA) are contained in the medium.Since PMA is a tumor promoting mitogen, it may interfere with some experimental approaches, In these case, we recommend using Ceraplex Melanocyte Serum-Free Complete Media 2(10X).ReconstitutionAdd to cell culture tested water( GenDEPOT UltraPure Water, Cell Culture Tested , W 9200-045, 450ml)Store at -20oCAfter reconstitution, Store at 2-8oC, Stable for 3-4 weeksAfter reconstitution, Store at -20oC for 3 months
