Dilute to a working concentration of 2.0 μg/mL in CBS before coating.Detection Antibody: 0.5 mg/mL mouse anti-HIV-1 p24 monoclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase ( HRP ). Dilute to working concentration of 0.5 μg/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.Standard: Each vial contains 50 ng of recombinant HIV-1 p24. Reconstitute with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 1000 pg/mL is recommended Product Description HIV-1 p24 ELISA Pair Set. It utilizes a monoclonal antibody specific for human immunodeficiency virus type 1 p24 coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, and any HIV-1 p24 present binds to the immobilized antibody. Application Notes Application Notes Experiment Notes: Capture Antibody: - 0.5 mg/mL of mouse anti-HIV-1 P24 monoclonal antibody (in PBS, pH 7.4). Dilute to a working concentration of 2 ug/mL in PBS before coating.Detection Antibody: - 0.1 mg/mL mouse anti-HIV-1 P24 monoclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP) (in PBS, 50 % HRP-protector, pH 7.4). Dilute to working concentration of 0.5 ug/mL in Detection Antibody dilution buffer before use.Standard: - Each vial contains 60 ng of recombinant HIV-1 P24. Reconstitute with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer.
