Question (19794) | Anti-HLA Class I antibody [W6/32] - Low endotoxin, Azide free (ab23755) Go to datasheet (ab23755) You sell different W6/32 monoclonal antibodies (ab 7855, 23755, 18248, 43545) with different specificty as you noted. Do you know the origin of these different specificity? (I am not an immunologist) I believed that W6/32 mab is only one IgG2a with one specificity. Is it possible that the difference is coming from the different amino acid composition os Post translational modification of these monoclonal antibodies? By the way, is it any available amino acid sequence of these mab? I tried to see the linked databases but I found informations about the MHC HLA which is not W6/32 I would like to know more. Thank you for your help, The antibodies that you highlight do not in fact have different specificities. They are all the same clone, same Immunoglobulin class and therefore carry the same epitope recognition. I can tell you that some of your confusion may have been generated by the fact that we have sourced the various unconjugated and conjugated forms of the antibody from different sources. Therefore they have in turn been tested for different applications. They are also suitable for different applications due to their conjugate; for example the FITC and Phycoerythrin conjugates suitabilities for use by flow cyt. I hope this information helps, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
