Intendeduse Purified mouse albumin may be used as a reference antigen,
calibrator, coating protein and blocking agent in a variety ofimmunoassays including immunodiffusion, immunoelectrophoresis,ELISA, Western blotting, dot-immunobinding assays (DIBA),haemagglutination,andcell-bindingassays.
Handling This product is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature. After
arrival store at +4°C. Prolonged storage may be at -20°C. Afteropening thevial, the lyophilizedcontent is reconstitutedbyadding1mlofsteriledistilledwater,mixedgentlyby inversionuntilcompletedissolution isobtained.Allow tostandatambient temperature for5-10 minutes to reach equilibrium. Reconstituted solution may bestored frozen. Working dilutions may be prepared by adding therequiredamountofphosphatebufferedsaline (PBS),shouldnotberefrozenandpreferablyusedwithin24hours.Repeatedthawingandfreezing should be avoided.
