Handling Thisproduct isshipped lyophilizedatambient temperature.Afterarrivalstore at +4°C. Prolonged storagemay be at -20°C. After opening thevial, the lyophilized content is reconstituted by adding 1 ml of steriledistilled water, mixed gently by inversion until complete dissolution isobtained. Allow to stand at ambient temperature for 5-10 minutes toreachequilibrium.Reconstitutedsolutionmaybestoredfrozen.Workingdilutionsmaybepreparedbyadding the requiredamountofphosphatebufferedsaline(PBS),shouldnotberefrozenandpreferablyusedwithin24hours.Repeated thawingand freezingshouldbeavoided. Ifaslightprecipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed bycentrifugationandwillnotaffecttheperformanceoftheproduct.
