Recombinant Human Heat Shock Protein produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 205 amino acids and have a molecular weight of 22.7kD. The protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.||Source: E.coli||Endotoxin: ≤0.1ng/ug||Activity: Immunoreactivity is confirmed by reaction with monoclonal mouse antibodies against HSP-27.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
