Creatine kinases are found in muscle tissues and are released into the bloodstream following muscle damage. Creatine Kinase consists of 2 subunits; M and B. Combinations of the two subunits results in the isomers CK-MB, CK-MM and CK-BB. Measurement of the CK-MB isoenzyme, found in cardiac muscle, is routinely used as a marker for myocardial infarction (MI).||Source:|Yeast||Applications: |Suitable for use in ELISA and Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
