产品说明
Cdc42-interacting protein 4, also known as TRIP10, belongs to the F-BAR family of proteins. These proteins contain an N-terminal, alpha-helical, region that is hydrophobic and considered to be related to the Bin Amphiphysin Rvs (BAR) protein family. Expressed in a variety of tissues, including kidney, brain, liver, lung, heart and pancreas, TRIP10 is required for the Insulin-dependent translocation of Glut4 to the plasma membrane and is essential for the coordination of membrane tubulation with Actin cytoskeletal reorganization during endocytosis. ||Source:|Recombinant corresponding to aa260-545 from human TRIP10 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. ||Molecular Weight: |~34.6kD (309aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF||Applications: |Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
