MaxLight™ 750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.PRDX3 is a protein with antioxidant function and is localized in the mitochondrion. This protein is involved in redox regulation of the cell and Protects radical-sensitive enzymes from oxidative damage by a radical-generating system.It Acts synergistically with MAP3K13 to regulate the activation of NF-kappa-B in the cytosol.Applications: |Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.Recommended DilutionFLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
