MaxLight™ 650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.CPZ is a member of the metallocarboxypeptidase family. This enzyme displays carboxypeptidase activity towards substrates with basic C-terminal residues. It is most active at neutral pH and is inhibited by active site-directed inhibitors of metallocarboxypeptidases.Applications: |Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.Recommended DilutionFLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
