MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000. FNDC4 contains a fibronectin type-III (FN3) domain. FN3 repeats have been found in various protein families including extracellular-matrix molecules, cell-surface receptors, enzymes, and muscle proteins. The function of FNDC4 is unknown.ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot.
