MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.Applications : |Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. | |Recommended Dilution: |FLISA (Indirect and Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution. In conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection is 0.2–0.4ng/well.|Western Blot: 0.1–0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3ng/lane under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.|Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and StabilityMay be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
