MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.ZYG11B probably acts as target recruitment subunit in the E3 ubiquitin ligase complex ZYG11B-CUL2-Elongin BC.Applications: |Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.Recommended DilutionFLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
