MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.TIM-4, also known as SMUCKLER is a 42kD type I membrane protein which is preferentially expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells. TIM-4 is the ligand of TIM-1, and binding leads to T-cell proliferation and cytokine production. Polymorphisms in the TIM-4 gene may be associated with a predisposition to asthma.Applications: |Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
