MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000. ||SYT17 (synaptotagmin XVII) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with SYT17 include choroiditis, and bipolar disorder.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000|Immunoprecipitation: 1:20-1:50|Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200|Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:100|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability: |Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
