TLRs are expressed on the cell surface and in the endocytic compartment with the purpose of recognizing pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) expressed on infectious agents. In addition TLR's initiate cell signalling to induce production of cytokines necessary for the innate immunity and subsequent adaptive immunity.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:200 |Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
