May be involved in transcriptional regulation.||Source:|Partial length protein corresponding to of ZFP64, fused to GST-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Molecular Weight:|~50kD||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.Source: E. coli, Recombinant|Purity: Lysate|Concentration: ~1mg/ml (after reconstitution)|Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder in Tris-HCl, pH 6.8, 0.2M DTT, 4% SDS, 0.2% bromophenol blue, 20% sucrose.
